Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with guest check-out procedures
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
